We want to take this opportunity to thank you for such a wonderful job of listing and implementing the sale of our home in Spring Hill last month.From our initial meeting, when you arrived so well prepared with facts about the current market and area comparisons, we felt confident that we had chosen the perfect person to sell our home.Although we had met with two other agents prior to our meeting with you, and they had suggested listing the home at a higher price with the hope that we would net a higher profit, you set the facts in front of us.Given our accelerated timeframe that we were faced with in order to be moved and settled in time for our daughter to start school in another state, you kept sight of the fact that time was not on our side.We didn´t have the luxury of setting a higher price and waiting to see what we could get.Our goal was simple3;our daughter was starting school in three weeks, and we needed to do whatever was necessary to reach that goal.With that in mind, you set the price where you felt we would gain the most traffic in a stalled market.And it worked!!!
Both you and Donna were very professional, always accessible and provided great comfort in a very stressful time that we were experiencing.Through great marketing, a wonderful virtual tour of our home on the internet, and ENDLESS patience with us through our FIVE counter offers and TWO repair counter offers, you were able to sell our home within 20 days of listing it!!!To move out of our home to another state on August 4th, receive our first offer on August 5th, and to finally have an accepted offer after all of the counter offers, was truly a scary, bizarre week!!!But with your assistance and persistence, you managed to get it all pulled together for us!!!

We appreciated you and all you did in the sale of our property. We know it was not a big deal for you, but it was huge for us, and you kept us informed every step of the way. We asked SO many questions and you answered them all with ease. You even helped us with the informed decision to do the seller financing, and we are at peace with that decision. ( We really liked the couple , and probably if we had met them and talked to them before, the decission would have ben instant.) We realize that it is a lot better investment than we would have found elsewhere. You also became a good friend, that was a bonus we weren't expecting!
